Shipping Information:

Route is automatically added to your cart, if unchecked you are stating that you are aware that Route coverage and assistance with the claim process on your order is not valid. We HIGHLY suggest Route on all orders. 

If you opt out of Route at checkout and an order is lost in transit, please be aware that it can take up to 30 days for USPS to consider your claim once processed. All USPS claims are to be made by the customer. 

By checking off our terms and services at checkout, you are AGREEING that you have been made aware and understand to these terms and services. 


ROUTE INSURANCE-

IPP HIGHLY SUGGESTS purchasing Route Package Insurance with your order for faster assistance and faster claim process on all orders. (Route option on Check out page.) 
Route covers damaged items (with photos),  you can start a claim for packages lost in transit in as little as 7 business days and open claims on packages marked delivered but did not show after 5 business days.   All claims are to be processed by the customer on Route.com. 

FREE SHIPPING-

FREE SHIPPING in the US has now been moved to all orders over $69.  We are still shipping with USPS, but this gives every free shipping order the opportunity to receive the upgrade to Priority shipping- faster service offered by USPS to get your order to you as soon as possible. 
If selecting FREE SHIPPING, your order may be sent Priority but also has a chance to be sent Ground. 


HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?:

Your total MUST be OVER $69.00 AFTER all discounts and BEFORE taxes. Free shipping is for USA orders only. 

USPS PRIORITY-

USPS Priority offers insurance on packages up to $100 on lost packages after no scan updates for 15 business days. Customer to open USPS claim.  
USPS Priority is slightly faster than First Class, but not an overnight option. 
If you upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout and USPS is delayed with your order shipment, IPP is not responsible  to credit you for the faster shipping charge, as this is an USPS error. You are welcome to contact USPS directly about a possible refund for the shipment charge and their delayed delivery time. 

 

USPS GROUND-

We will still offer GROUND option for those who self pay for shipping at check out- there will be no insurance on GROUND if the customer does not select Route at checkout. 
💌Changes to U.S. First-Class to GROUND Mail delivery times may affect you. Starting July 2023. Please note that this may delay your receipt of mail from us and our receipt of mail from you.
*According to USPS, GROUND service can take up to 2-8 business days to deliver your order. (That is equal to up to almost 2 calendar weeks.) 

International shipments:
The CUSTOMER is responsible for all import and duty feels upon arrival, if any.

Typically, USPS cost more for shipping but has a lower duty fee upon arrival for international shipments.
On average, UPS does have a higher duty rate upon arrival.
IPP is not responsible for customers  required import fees upon arrival.

Orders must be placed online and LOCAL PICK UP must be selected at checkout. 

Local Pick up times: Monday-Friday from 10:00am-2:00pm 
*not including weekends or holidays!
